The compensation standards for femoral neck fractures caused by falls in hotels are as follows:

1. Medical expenses: including medical expenses, medical expenses, hospitalization expenses, and other expenses, which are determined according to receipts and vouchers such as medical expenses and hospitalization expenses issued by medical institutions, combined with relevant evidence such as medical records and diagnosis certificates.

2. Lost time:

(3) Calculated with reference to the average wage of employees in the same industry or similar industries in the previous year.
