Check-in service

If the passenger is on a passenger plane with more than 100 seats, the airport will start check-in 90 minutes before the flight takes off; If passengers take a passenger plane with a seat less than 100, the airport will check in 60 minutes before the flight takes off. All check-in procedures will stop 30 minutes before the flight takes off. In order to avoid delaying the trip, passengers are advised to arrive at the airport within the specified time, go through the relevant formalities, arrive at the boarding gate in time, wait for the broadcast notice and board the plane on time.

The airport will set up special counters for group passengers and baggage-free passengers as needed; First class, business class and VIP passenger counter, saving passengers time to check in. If passengers have special requirements for seating arrangement, please ask the airport in time.

Abnormal flight support service

When the flight is delayed, cancelled or changed, the airport will provide the corresponding information to the passengers in time. If the passenger requests to change the visa or refund the ticket, the airport will send the passenger to the check-in counter to handle the relevant formalities according to the situation of the subsequent flight.

When the flight is abnormal, the airport will coordinate the carrier to provide corresponding services for passengers according to relevant regulations. If the passenger's flight is delayed for more than 2 hours due to the carrier, the airport will provide free drinks for the passengers; If it is meal time, passengers will be provided with free meals; If the flight is delayed for more than 4 hours or the flight is cancelled, the airport will arrange for passengers to travel to the hotel for free.

The airport has set up an "Unaccompanied Children" reception station at the information desk on the second floor of the terminal building, which can provide safe and thoughtful full-service for passengers' children (aged 5 to 12 years old, who have applied to the carrier airline for a separate flight when purchasing tickets).
