Its application conditions are as follows:

1. According to the data of the People's Government of Lin 'an District, Hangzhou, the applicants for renting talented apartments are F-class and above talents belonging to employers in Lin 'an District.

2. The applicant and his family members (spouse and minor children) have no housing in Lin 'an District from 20 15 1 to the date of application, and have not enjoyed preferential housing security policies such as welfare housing allocation, policy housing, land transfer and resettlement subsidies in Lin 'an District, and both husband and wife are eligible.
