Can I smoke in Hangzhou isolation hotel?

Smoking is not allowed in Hangzhou isolation hotel. Cigarettes are not included in the contraband isolated in the hotel, but flammable items such as lighters and matches are not allowed to be brought into the room. And basically all rooms are non-smoking during the quarantine period. Smoking is not allowed during the hotel, whether it is quarantined for seven days or 14 days.
