What are the safety facilities of four-star hotels?

The building structure and fire-fighting equipment and facilities of the hotel must conform to the current fire-fighting regulations and standards.

1. Fire lane:

(1) The hotel has a fire lane along two long sides of the building, and there is a return air lane at the end of the lane.

(2) The width of the fire lane is not less than 3.5m, and the distance between the fire lane and the external wall of the hotel building is more than 5m.

(3) The pipes and storage ditches under the fire lane can withstand the pressure of large fire engines.

2. Fire hydrant:

(1) The hotel is equipped with indoor and outdoor fire hydrant system, fire water pump room and automatic sprinkler system.

(2) The outlet direction of indoor hydrant bolt mouth forms a 90-degree angle with the setting wall. High-pressure water supply system is adopted, and the water supply network is equipped with a water pump adapter with clear identification.

(3) Hotel rooms, other business places and public walkways shall be equipped with automatic sprinkler systems.

3. Automatic fire alarm system:

(1) The alarm area is divided by floors, and the detection area is divided by independent rooms.

(2) The regional alarm controller shall be located in the room and place where someone is on duty. The alarm controller installed on the wall shall be at least 1.5m above the ground.

(3) Each fire zone in the alarm area is equipped with a manual alarm button, which is obviously located and easy to operate. When installed on the wall, the height from the ground is1.5m. The walking distance from any position in the fire zone to the nearest manual alarm button shall not exceed 30m.

(4) The fire control center has a plan or simulation diagram showing the key parts of safety protection, evacuation routes and the location of fire fighting equipment.

(5) Other irrelevant electrical lines and pipelines are prohibited from passing through the fire control center, and a fire damper is installed at the wall of the return air duct, and the working grounding resistance is less than 4 ohms. When common grounding is adopted, the grounding resistance is less than 1 ohm, or it is led to the grounding body through a special grounding trunk line. The grounding trunk line shall be insulated conductor cable with copper core, and the cross-sectional area of conductor cable shall not be less than 16 mm2. The grounding wire connecting the grounding plate of all fire-fighting equipment shall be copper-core insulated flexible wire, and the cross-sectional area of conductor cable shall not be less than 4 mm2.

4. Safety evacuation facilities:

(1) Fire elevator: the machine room is separated from the shaft by a wall with a fire resistance limit of not less than 2.5 hours. There are drainage equipment at the bottom of the well, special control buttons for the fire brigade, a front room with an area of not less than 6 square meters on the ground floor, and an exit or a passage with a length of not more than 30 meters.

(2) Evacuation staircase: The fire exit leading to the evacuation staircase is a fire door that opens outwards, with obvious indication signs. The stairwell is closed, with positive pressure air supply and exhaust facilities, and each room has a route map leading to the evacuation staircase.

5. Emergency lighting equipment:

(1) The emergency lighting device is installed on the wall or at the top.

(2) All business premises, passages and evacuation stairs, fire elevators, fire monitoring center, fire pump room, power distribution room and telephone main room are equipped with emergency lighting devices, with the minimum illumination of not less than 0.5 lux and the lighting power supply time of not less than 20 minutes, among which the lighting of fire control center, fire pump room and power distribution room should be kept in the same normal state.
