According to the Pacific Home Network, Hainan serviced apartments are restricted. According to the Notice of the General Office of Hainan Provincial Party Committee and the General Office of Hainan Provincial People's Government on Further Stabilizing the Real Estate Market issued and implemented on April 22, 20 18, the houses restricted for purchase include commercial houses (ordinary houses, high-grade apartments, low-rise houses and serviced apartments), hotel-style rooms with property rights, and affordable houses that meet the transfer conditions, including new houses and second-hand houses.
