Direct contact with customer groups in the sales department, as long as you serve and make friends with customers with your heart, can easily become a long-term customer resource and the added value of your own work, which is very helpful for future promotion and even job hopping. This is your core capital and resources. Now, the competition in the hotel industry is very fierce. From software and hardware facilities to hotel supplies to service quality, major hotels are trying their best to improve their competitiveness. If you can master a fixed number of customer resources, it is obviously the most important and necessary for the hotel, because your presence will directly improve the hotel's operating income.
