Is Caritas Hong Kong formal?
Caritas Hong Kong is a formal organization whose full name is Caritas Hong Kong Community Service. Formerly known as the Hong Kong Young Women's Christian Association, it was established in 1952. It is a non-governmental organization funded by the Hong Kong government and funded by the Hong Kong Social Welfare Department. It provides various services in Hong Kong, including services for the elderly, rehabilitation services and domestic violence.
