3, determine the location of the junction box:

1 > embedded: the width and height of the adopted weak current junction box are increased by 10mm respectively, and the depth direction is decreased by 10mm.

2 > external type: mark the position of the fixing hole according to the model size of the product used.

3 > Built-in: Determine the height of the pipeline entering the products used.

Second, slotting

1. Determine the slotting route according to the following principles:

1 > shortest path principle;

2 > it does not destroy the original high-pressure principle;

3 > Don't destroy the waterproof principle.

2. Determine the slot width: determine the number of PVC pipes according to the number of signal lines, and then determine the slot width.

3. Determine the grooving depth: if 16mm PVC pipe is selected, the grooving depth is 20mm；; If 20mm PVC pipe is selected, the grooving depth is 25mm.

4. Appearance requirements of trunking: horizontal and vertical, with the same size.

5. Measurement of trunking: The trunking of cassette and distribution box shall be calculated separately. All trunking shall be measured from the beginning to the end of trunking. If the width of trunking exceeds 80mm, it shall be calculated according to the length of double trunking. 3. wiring.

1, to ensure smooth cable:

1 > test of network cable and telephone line: make crystal heads respectively and test the connection and disconnection with network tester;

2, determine the line length of each point:

1 > measure the length from the junction box slot to each point;

3. Label determination: After cutting all kinds of cables according to a certain length, put labels on both ends of the line, indicating: weak current type-room-serial number.

4. Determine the number of wires in the pipe: the cross-sectional area of wires in the pipe shall not exceed 80% of the cross-sectional area of the pipe.

Fourth, seal the groove.

1. Fix the cassette: except for the cassette in the kitchen and bathroom, which should protrude 20mm from the wall, other cassettes should be flush with the wall. When several boxes are together, they are required to be on the same level.

2, fixed PVC pipe:

1 > PVC pipes on the ground must be fixed every one meter;

2 > geosyncline PVC pipes must be fixed every two meters;

3 > PVC pipes in the wall groove must be fixed every one meter.

7) The bending radius of the concealed pipe shall not be less than 6~ 10 times of the outside diameter of the pipe.

8) There shall be no cable connector in the concealed pipe hole.
