Where is Haiyang Central Plaza in Hai 'an?

The Central Plaza is the New Century Plaza, located at the intersection of Zhongba South Road and Jianghai Road, in the middle of Pearl City, north of the entrance of Hailing Primary School (Shixiao). Originally named after the central square, there are three fish sculptures. There are square dances, calligraphy and painting exhibitions and outdoor movies in the summer square, which is a good place for citizens' cultural leisure. It is 300 meters east of the south gate of the central modern city.
