(4) In terms of rental housing, commercial houses such as hotels, hotels and office buildings are allowed to be transformed into rental housing through planning demonstration on the premise of complying with urban planning and relevant regulations and not affecting urban functions and overall urban features. In accordance with the Interim Measures for the Administration of Residence Permit Services in Wuhan and other relevant regulations, enjoy compulsory education, basic public employment services, basic public health services, family planning services, legal aid and other basic public services stipulated by the state in Wuhan.
