Hilton, a 29-year-old Cuban-American, whose real name is Mario Lavandera, lives in Los Angeles, California. He grew up with the same experience as most children: he received orthodox education and liked watching TV in his spare time.

After graduating from high school, Hilton was admitted to new york University to study drama. He worked as an extra actor and a part-time reporter, and finally became the executive editor of a gay magazine.

Hilton became a celebrity gossip blogger purely out of interest. In 2004, he liked reading gossip magazines before going to bed, and began to set up a personal blog in his spare time. However, because the website was suspected to have the same name as New York Post's website PageSix, Hilton simply borrowed Paris Hilton, the heiress of Hilton Hotels Group who kept gossiping, calling herself a "Latin version" of paris hilton, and commented on celebrity gossip news in a teasing and mocking way.
