On June 23rd, 2020165438+1October 23rd, a group of eight people from the second group of Chinese in rural primary schools in Yanhu District of Yuncheng City, with the support of the central special lottery fund, had the honor to go to Beijing to attend the advanced seminar for rural teachers in primary and secondary schools in Yuncheng City. Thank you very much for building a good learning platform for us. I am honored to participate in the training and study of Chinese in primary schools. Generally speaking, this training is rich in content and diverse in forms. A week's training includes not only the baptism of ideas and the promotion of theories, but also the accumulation of knowledge and the growth of teaching skills. Experts' educational and teaching ideas, personality charm and academic spirit are deeply imprinted in my heart.

On the evening of 23rd, we had an ice-breaking activity. Teacher Yan Yan took us across the west and found the corresponding role according to our usual performance in teaching. In the whole process, everyone was enthusiastic and positive, which fully mobilized everyone's initiative and cooperation.

On the first day of training, more than 80 people from Chinese Language Group/KLOC-0 gathered together and held the opening ceremony in the conference hall of Hui Jin International Conference Hotel. Wang Ruimin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Department of Psychology of Beijing Normal University, delivered a speech and wished the training success; Lu, deputy director of Yuncheng Education Bureau, put forward requirements for the teachers who participated in the training and placed high hopes on them, asking everyone to study hard and apply what they have learned!

? Chen Xianyun, Ph.D. in Curriculum and Teaching Theory of Beijing Normal University and Editor-in-Chief of Chinese Textbooks for Compulsory Education Primary Schools, interprets the textbooks. Editor-in-chief Chen gave a detailed explanation on the concept of textbook compilation, the advantages of new textbooks and how to use them scientifically. And repeatedly stressed that teachers should have the consciousness of "teaching by the book" and establish the overall concept of teaching materials! ? The teachers in the conference hall listened attentively and took notes carefully. Practice respect for the wise and fear for the truth! Before the end of the study, Editor Chen also answered the questions encountered by teachers in the process of using the unified textbooks, and the eloquence of witty remarks made everyone laugh. This makes us have a clearer understanding of the concept of compiling the whole set of teaching materials, and also has some ideas and opinions on scientific use.

From Learning to Read to Learning to Think —— Professor Lee Hung's Research on Children's Reading Development and Reading Teaching Guidance made Chinese teachers realize the importance of guiding students' reading, and also pointed out three levels of reading function development for us: First, learning to read; Second, learn by reading; Third, go beyond reading and learn to think. What impressed me the most was Professor Li's sentence "Dyslexia is a lifelong invisible disability that cannot be cured". I am deeply educated. Reading is obviously very important to me today. Whether it is parent-child reading or shared reading on campus, we must start from scratch. Professor Li pays special attention to shared reading. She believes that sharing reading is to love reading, and the correct reading plus the correct opening method is to enjoy reading. Therefore, I think that as a Chinese teacher, children must be happy to teach and study. After returning to school, I will try the peer-to-peer learning strategy explained by Teacher Li and practice it seriously.

In the afternoon, Professor Wu Xinchun shared the development of speed awareness and effective word teaching. He believes that reading is a process in which individuals actively obtain information and construct meaning from words by relying on the original knowledge and experience in their minds, and words are an important carrier of children's reading comprehension. Professor Wu Xinchun leads us into Chinese characters and interprets their mysteries. His lecture helped us understand the structural characteristics of Chinese characters, the development law of children's morpheme consciousness, and guided us how to carry out effective word teaching and stimulate children's enthusiasm. Word teaching runs through the whole primary school stage, so it is necessary to dig deep into the meaning of words and make literacy more interesting.

Children are the future and hope of the family. In recent years, rural parents have higher and higher expectations for teachers and higher social requirements. In addition, teachers demand too much of themselves, and coping with pressure has become an urgent problem for rural teachers. On 26th, the book "Teacher Stress Management" by Mr. Xu Shousen, a psychological tutor, shone into our hearts like a ray of sunshine. Professor Xu Shousen starts from four aspects: definition, source, performance and coping. What impressed me most were the eight psychological strategies for coping with stress: taking effective actions and creatively solving problems; Rationality comes down to reasons, positive psychological trends; Reject extreme thinking and look at the problem comprehensively; Enhance psychological resilience and improve psychological elasticity; Learn to understand and respect, learn to accept and tolerate; Increase the wisdom of life and clarify the value of life; Improve psychological quality and strengthen psychological training; Get out of your head, enter your life, and live in the present. Only when we have a clear understanding of our own values and pursuits and a healthy attitude can we face all kinds of pressures with a peaceful attitude, realize the dribs and drabs in life, have happiness and be a happy teacher.

? In the afternoon, we really studied Professor Liu Chunrong's Children's Social Emotional Learning and Experiential Writing, and learned a model: SEL (five-star) model. Know two ideas: interesting and meaningful. I also learned three magic weapons: playing, speaking and writing. In the seminar, everyone actively discussed problems and exchanged views on writing and reading teaching, usual practices and puzzles in teaching.

? In the evening, Professor Cui Daiyuan, who was a guest on the TV program of the Spring Festival Evening, was humorous and told us about "China Family Style and Family Training Culture". Professor Cui, who is knowledgeable from ancient times to the present, from the long prehistory to today's civil code, from the interpretation of Chinese characters to the national righteousness, let us fully understand the importance of family culture.

? On the morning of 27th, Professor Yao Meilin shared the "teaching strategies to improve the motivation of Chinese learning in primary schools". It is not uncommon to discuss how to improve students' learning motivation, but it is the first time for me to understand it from such a professional psychological point of view, which really benefits me a lot. From her lecture, I learned three basic psychological needs of self-determination theory, namely belonging, autonomy and competence. A sense of belonging teaches me to wait patiently for students with learning difficulties, a sense of autonomy teaches me to stimulate students' interest reasonably, and a sense of competence teaches me to encourage even a little progress.

? Liu shared the principles and methods of communication between teachers and students. As a teacher, we should understand children's difficulties, encourage and affirm more, and enhance children's confidence. In addition, we should establish a good relationship between teachers and students.

On 28th, Mr. De Xiuqi's class "Teaching Practice of Multidisciplinary Critical Reading" gave us a preliminary understanding of critical reading, gave specific guidance on how to practice in teaching, and helped us solve some problems in the use of teaching materials.

Teacher Zhou Yan's "Emotion and Speech" lesson emphasizes diluting the concept of classroom homework, restoring the classroom, making us feel the joy of learning and writing, and giving specific guidance to our homework teaching.

? "Learning gains, learning is useful", this training is really full of gains and benefits. But this is not the end, but the beginning. Keep learning and apply what you have learned in the future. Only by combining learning with application can we really improve our professional ability and better adapt to the new requirements of teaching work under the new situation!
