American privacy laws and regulations

Legal subjectivity:

Article 38 of the Constitution stipulates: "The personal dignity of China citizens is inviolable, and it is forbidden to insult, slander, falsely accuse or frame citizens by any means". Article 39 stipulates: "The houses of China people and citizens of China are inviolable, and illegal search or intrusion into citizens' houses is prohibited. ".

Legal objectivity:

Article 1032 of the Civil Code stipulates that natural persons have the right to privacy. No organization or individual may infringe upon the privacy rights of others by spying, harassing, exposing or making public. Privacy is the private space, private activities and private information that natural people live in peace and don't want to be known by others.
