What is the most unforgettable thing you experienced when you worked in a hotel?

Last winter vacation, I found a part-time job in a hotel serving dishes. Near the end of the year, the hotel is very busy. Due to my carelessness, I broke four plates. At that time, I was particularly afraid that my boss would deduct my salary. I was worried about this all day, but I didn't expect my boss to forgive me. It was really touching.
