Article 9 If you go to Fuzhou on business and take the train, you can buy a first-class seat. Those who take Z72/Z7 1 train (originating from Sanming North Station) on business trip outside the province can purchase and reimburse berth tickets (soft berth or hard berth tickets), and those who choose hard seat can be subsidized according to 100% of the actual hard seat fare.

In order to encourage business travelers to take the train (including high-speed rail/bullet train), fly less and save money, a food subsidy of 100 yuan can be added with the ticket for those who travel outside the province for five hours by train. On this basis, 20 yuan's food allowance will be increased for every trip 1 hour.

Article 10 Everyone who travels by plane, train, ship and other means of transportation can buy a traffic accident insurance. Where the unit purchases traffic accident insurance in a unified way, it will not be purchased.

Matters needing attention in reimbursement of travel expenses

1. When employees are reimbursed, they should fill in the reimbursement documents according to the regulations of the financial department, and attach the original bills: including business trip application, air tickets (discounted tickets), train tickets, bus tickets, boat tickets, accommodation invoice, meeting notice, tolls, bridge crossing fees, etc. Original invoices without their names must be signed on the back.

2. If you fly, the booking fee, change fee, refund fee and the fare to and from the airport will not be reimbursed.

3. Travel allowance days = travel return date-travel departure date.

4. Must obtain true and legal vouchers and fill them out according to financial regulations. Incomplete or illegible items will not be reimbursed; Altered, forged, altered original bills or falsely reported the number of business trips will not be reimbursed.
