Hotels and real estate

These two industries are both service industries, and they are both very hard.

If you choose, it depends on which city you are in.

For example, Beijing, in that case, I would suggest that you do the real estate industry.

Beijing has a large floating population, so housing should be the first choice. Being a real estate agent should have more room for development, but it's tiring. You should always take people out to see the house.

If you are in a hotel, you must start with the waiter. Anyone who has just entered the hotel should start from several floors. From the perspective of development, after a long time, if you do well, you may be promoted to be a manager. I heard from friends that being a manager is not as good as being a waiter, because the waiter's commission is higher.

In fact, these two industries are very tired, and they must be patient. Personally, I think real estate will be a little better. This is more exercise.
