The 2022 Qinghai Lake Tour stage route is as follows:

First Stage: Sunday, July 14th

Hehuang New District-Xining (Team Time game).

Starting point: Haidong West High-speed Railway Station, Yizhou Road, Hehuang New District, Haidong City.

End point: Wusi West Intersection of Tonghai Road, Haihu New District, Xining City.

Second Stage: Monday, July 15th

Xining Circle Race.

Start/end point: Tonghai intersection, Wusi West Road, Haihu New District, Xining City.

The third stage: Tuesday, July 16th

Toba-Guide.

Starting point: Doba National Sports Training Base.

End point: the entrance of Hongtu Holiday Hotel, Yingbin West Road, Guide County.

Stage 4: Wednesday, July 17th

Guide-Longyang Gorge.

Starting point: the government gate of Yingbin West Road, Guide County.

End point: the entrance of Holiday Inn Longyangxia, Longyang Street, Longyangxia Town.

The fifth stage: Thursday, July 18th

Starting point: Dehe Street Media Center in ***He County.

End point: Salt Lake Avenue in Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area.

Chaka—Bird Island.

Starting point: Salt Lake Avenue in Chaka Scenic Area.

Starting point: Wang Luobin Cultural Plaza, Xihai Street, Haiyan County.

End point: 100m west of the Heping intersection of Xihai Street, Haiyan County.

Xihai Town-Qingshizui.

Starting point: Xihai Plaza, Tongbao Road, Xihai Town.

End point: 200m west from the gate of Baili Rapeseed Flower Sea Scenic Area, Qingshizuigangqing Highway, Menyuan County.
