China Huahao, formerly a large state-owned enterprise, is now an overseas investment institution, which is jointly controlled by Hongkelong Real Estate and Sino-German Real Estate. It is an international group company that spans high-end real estate investment and development, hotel investment and operation management, and investment and financing holding.

According to official website, Huahao 20 19 came to Qingdao and took two plots of land, both on the west coast. A project is located in Xin 'an plate on the west coast, named Huahao Jinyu, with a gross volume of 480,000 square meters and advanced products. Four city exhibition halls, namely, Old Huangdao Zhongze Department Store, Xin 'an Zhongze Shopping Plaza, AEON Huangdao Shopping Center (Changjiang Middle Road Store) and Xincheng Wuyue Plaza, have all been opened.

Another project, named Huahao Xiangnai Mansion, is located in An Zi area on the west coast, occupying the leading position of Changjiang Road on the west coast, about 300 meters away from the subway 1 line, and close to Phoenix Island National Tourism Resort. Only six small high-rise buildings are planned in the community, with a construction area of about119-145m2.
