1. People who come (return) to Hubei from low-risk areas will complete nucleic acid detection twice within 3 days after arriving in Hubei, and will not participate in gathering activities or go to crowded places.

2. Guide foreign (hui) Han people outside the province or in provinces and cities to declare their personal information online before (hui) Han through the Wuhan War and Epidemic WeChat applet.

3. People who come to (return to) Hubei in high-risk areas are isolated at home for 7 days, during which the designated code management is implemented and they are not allowed to go out.
