How is the service of Huafa Exhibition Executive Apartment?

I work in Guangzhou, and my company has business in Zhuhai. Basically, every hotel I choose is at Huafa Apartment. I have been living in Huafa Apartment since 2017. To put it into perspective, the service is really not inferior to a 5-star hotel.
