Generally speaking, villas in forest parks are not rented as a whole, but in the form of hotels. A villa has seven or eight to a dozen rooms, and the price is no different from that of a standard room in an ordinary hotel. The peak season of sunshine is July and August, and the rest of the time is off-season. There are generally no tour groups, so most hotels don't open at all. May Day and November are the off-season for tourism.

In the peak season, the individual price is about 200 to 300 yuan/room.

You can pass around 80 yuan in the flat season, and sometimes you can pass around 50 yuan.
