Brief introduction of jindi

Second, the North Jindi, commonly known as Jindi, is the dividing line between yanggu county and Fanxian. This levee starts from hua county, Henan Province, passes through Nanguan, Puyang, enters the southwest of Gaodikou Village, Shenxian County, passes through the four towns of Guyun, Dazhangjia, cherry orchard and Gucheng in the county, enters yanggu county in the north of Zhongzi Temple, and connects with Zuo Di in the east of Zhang Qiu Town. The Kuching levee was formed by the flood east of the Yellow River estuary, and connected with the Gumaling levee in Puyang (now Guyun and Yingtaoyuan Town) and the Guzi Road levee in the northeast of the old town of Fanxian County (now Gucheng Town). In the third year of the Five Dynasties (AD 956), it was connected with Zuo Di near the Yellow River. In the 10th year of Guangxu reign (A.D. 1884), the Yellow River ran through Zuo Di, and the Golden Dike was far away. Originally known as Beijin Dike, it became an important flood control barrier in Hua Jiao Plain. 1938, the Kuomintang army blasted the Huayuankou levee, and the yellow water entered the sea through the Huaihe River, and the Jindi was once in disrepair. 1946, Huayuankou was blocked, the Yellow River returned to its original road, and Beijindi restored the barrier function of North China Plain against the Yellow River flood. Beijindi runs along Jindi River, and Shenxian County is 33,668 meters long. 195 1 year, according to the decision of the State Council, the golden levee was renovated and strengthened according to the standard that the flood detention level at the top of the levee was 2m, the width of the levee was 8m, and the slope near the back of the levee was 1:3, and the flood detention level generally reached 2.3m. The flood detention level at Shenxian section of the Yellow Sea was 50.80m, and that at cherry orchard was 48./kloc. After unremitting maintenance, the flood detention task has been successfully completed, ensuring the safety of the North China Plain. In addition, there is a record in the old annals that Qin Shihuang built the Golden Dike: In the twenty-seventh year of the first emperor (220 BC), Qin Shihuang began to build Chidao, starting from Xianyang in the west, Yanqi in the east and Wu Chu in the south pole. The road is fifty paces wide, and a tree is planted every three feet. It winds thousands of miles and is magnificent. This is the Golden Dike in the south of Shenxian County today. There is also the folk saying of Qin Shihuang that "the Great Wall is built in the north to block Tatars, and the golden embankment is built in the south to block floods". According to the survey, during the 3000 years from Yudao River to Jin Dynasty, the Yellow River changed its course many times, and went into deep wells six times, five of which were after Qin Shihuang. From this point of view, there is no doubt that ancient Di Chin was predestined friends with Shenxian County, but the view that the equator built by Qin Shihuang or Di Chin is now Di Chin needs further research. Jindi is North Jindi, and the number of Yellow River stone dikes in East County, Wei County and Pingyuan County of the Western Han Dynasty is Jindi. Di Chin was also named in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Today, Gujindi is located in Jixian and hua county, Henan Province, passing Puyang, Fanxian, Taiqian and Shouzhang, Shandong Province, and reaching Zhangqiu Town. Emperor Ping of the Western Han Dynasty burst the Yellow River, and the river flowed into its tributaries, flooding for more than 60 years. In the 12th year of Yongping in the Eastern Han Dynasty (69 years), hundreds of thousands of migrant workers were recruited to administer the river, which was presided over by Wang Jing. He surveyed the terrain from Xingyang to Haikou, Qiancheng, and directed the construction of a long levee, which was later called the "golden levee". 1855 after the Yellow River was diverted due to the breach of the steel tile box, this dike is located in the north of the river and is called "Beijin Dike". Today, this levee starts from Nanguan Huoxiang, Puyang, Henan Province, passes through Gaodikou, Shenxian, Fanxian and Taiqian counties in Henan Province, and reaches Yan Ying, yanggu county, with a total length of 120 kilometers.
