Shanghai Ecological Society held its eighth member congress in the conference room of Yifu Building, East China Normal University on May 9, 20XX 19. Xie Ge, the leaders of Shanghai Association for Science and Technology, the executive director of the seventh society, Cao Linkui, the vice president and other members' representatives attended the meeting.

The agenda and minutes of the shareholders' meeting are as follows:

1. The meeting was chaired by Cao Linkui and Vice President Li Wenmin. The members' congress deliberated and adopted the work report of the current Council, the financial report of the Institute, the report on preparations for the general election of the Institute's Council and the election method of the Institute's Council.

2. According to the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Social Organizations, the General Rules for the Organization of Social Organizations in Shanghai, the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Shanghai Association for Science and Technology, the Interim Measures of Shanghai Association for Science and Technology on the General Election of the Council of the Society and the articles of association of the Society, the Shanghai Ecological Society held a general election. 20xx65438+On February 8th, the 8th Council member representative meeting and general election meeting of Jiangxi Mechanics Society was held in Nanchang East China Jiaotong University. More than 60 members and representatives of the 7th and 8th Council of Jiangxi Mechanics Society attended the meeting.

The meeting heard and deliberated and adopted the work report and financial report of the 7th Council made by Fu Mingfu, and the "Explanation on Amending the Articles of Association of Jiangxi Machinery Society and Amending the Membership Fee Standard of Social Organizations" made by Gong, Executive Deputy Secretary-General. Subsequently, the first meeting of the eighth Council of Jiangxi Mechanics Society was held, and a standing Council composed of 23 comrades was elected by secret ballot. The first meeting of the Eighth Standing Council elected the chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general. Lei Xiaoyan was elected as Chairman, Song, Che Yulin, Li Youhe and Wu Yongdong as Vice Chairmen, and Secretary General Gong Wei. The meeting summarized and reviewed the work of the seventh Council of Jiangxi Mechanics Society, and put forward new requirements and goals for the future work of the Society. Finally, the conference held a closing ceremony. Professor Lei Xiaoyan, the newly elected chairman, delivered a speech, expressing his affirmation and gratitude for the fruitful work of the last Council, and put forward requirements and ideas for the work of the new Council. At the Eighth Endocrinology Branch of Chinese Medical Association, Chairman Ning Guang comprehensively summarized the work of the Eighth Committee for four years, and brilliantly summarized the construction experience of the society. Honorary certificates were awarded to the outgoing former chairman and members, and the handover of the eighth Committee and the ninth Committee of the Endocrinology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association was successfully completed. The Chairman-designate and the Standing Committee of the Ninth Committee were elected through democratic consultation, open and fair by the meeting of all members of the Endocrinology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association.
