How to seal the hotel room?

This system is formulated in order to protect the rights and interests of the hotel and seal up the guest rooms due to the unpaid debts of the hotel guests or security reasons.

1. The notice of taking over the house is issued by the administrative office to inform the finance department, marketing department, front office, housekeeping department and security department. The administrative office informs the finance department about the accounts of the house.

2. The lobby manager and the duty supervisor of the security department go to the guest room and lock the guest room with a metal key. Before locking, make sure there is no potential safety hazard in the guest room and turn off all power supplies. After locking the room, sign the room sealing record in the front hall and register the time.

3. During the period of room sealing, anyone who wants to enter the room needs the consent of the administrative office and is accompanied by the head of the security department and the manager on duty in the lobby. If the room is locked again, you need to register.

4. When the administrative office closes, it shall notify the Finance Department, Marketing Department, Front Office Department, Housekeeping Department and Security Department.

5. The manager on duty in the lobby and the supervisor on duty in the security department open the door together and make records. If the room needs C/O, the items left in the room will be counted and registered by the lobby manager, the administrative deputy housekeeper of the housekeeping department and the head of the security department, and the housekeeping department will collect the items and the security department will seal them up. The people present sign the list of items, and the original list is submitted to the administrative office for filing, and the copy is kept by the finance department and housekeeping department.
