The development hotspots in Hedong area are relatively concentrated in the administrative center, while the development points in Hexi area are relatively scattered, radiating to the junction of cities and suburbs. It is expected that the development along the North Second Ring Road and Fuzhou Road in Hexi area will move outward and gradually become a hot spot in Hexi area.

Generally speaking, land supply will be more institutionalized, standardized, transparent and market-oriented, and the situation of "the strong will always be strong" in the real estate industry will be further reflected, and the industry concentration will be further improved.
Five, the government will continue to implement the policy of tightening monetary policy in the short term, and the financial pressure of real estate enterprises should not be underestimated.
