What are the parts of the grinder?

Grinder is a machine tool that grinds the surface of workpiece with abrasive tools. The main components of the grinder are as follows:

2. Worktable: Worktable adopts integral granite structure. On the basis of the traditional closed hydrostatic guideway, a large plane closed hydrostatic guideway with high rigidity and precision is developed to realize long stroke, stable and reliable reciprocating motion. The worktable is driven by Siemens linear motor. In order to prevent the movement of linear motor from affecting the worktable, an independent hydrostatic guide rail is specially designed for linear motor. The motion state of the worktable is controlled by HEIDENHAIN grating system in closed loop, thus ensuring the motion characteristics of the worktable with high precision and quick response.

3. Column: The deformation of the machine tool can be controlled by heating, and the column and beam are made of granite.

4. Grinding wheel frame: In order to realize the high rigidity and high precision rotary motion of grinding wheel, a hydrostatic spindle system with wide speed range, high rigidity and high precision is developed. The grinding wheel shaft is supported by hydrostatic bearing, Siemens has built-in spindle motor, and the spindle motor is forced to cool by coolant. The grinding wheel spindle is equipped with a grinding wheel balancing device, and the matching management control program can continuously monitor the grinding wheel in the cycle and compensate the possible imbalance immediately.

According to the shape of the table, it can be divided into two types: rectangular table and round table. The main parameters of rectangular table grinder are the width and length of table, and the main parameters of circular table are the diameter of table. It is mainly used to grind the workpiece with grinding wheel to achieve the required flatness.
