On September 5th, Jindian Group, the hotel investor, signed an entrustment management agreement with Feimeng Group. It is reported that this first seven-star hotel in China has been named "Mangrove Fermon Hotel".

According to industry insiders, it is no accident that the first seven-star hotel in China settled in Haitang Bay, Sanya. In recent years, Sanya's tourism industry has shown a momentum of rapid development. Haitang Bay, as the last high-quality seashore resource in Sanya, is listed as the "No.1 Project" in Sanya, because it carries the future development hope of Sanya.

It is understood that Mangrove Fermon Hotel is located in the central area of Haitang Bay, covering an area of about 323 mu, adjacent to luxury yacht club, 27-hole ultra-luxury golf course and the largest ocean park in Asia. It is said that Hongkong Superman Li Zekai and Dubai luxury hotel giant Jumeirah Group tried to replicate the "Sailing Hotel" here, but in the land auction, Jin Dian Group won the 2 1 bidder with its unique creativity.

Zhang Baoquan, chairman of Jin Dian Group, said that Jin Dian Group decided to cooperate with top international brand hotels after winning the plot of seven-star hotels in Haitang Bay. At the beginning of 2008, I officially started to contact Fermon Group, and the two sides hit it off. It is understood that "Fermon" has a brand history of more than 100 years in international hotels, and the first Fermon hotel opened in Toronto on 1888. After more than a century of development, 120 hotel chains have been opened in 23 countries and regions around the world. The "Hotel Holding Company of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia" under the name of the Saudi Prince is its main shareholder. The brand value orientation of Feimeng is higher than that of Sheraton, Hilton, Marriott and other brands, especially for celebrities and high-spending people.

The reporter noted that Zhang Baoquan, a Beijing real estate tycoon who has always been cautious about off-site development, has a special liking for Sanya. Following the great success of Yalong Bay Mangrove Hotel, Zhang Baoquan successively won the seven-star hotel in Haitang Bay and the five-star hotel cluster in Sanya Bay, which shows its ambition to make tourism real estate bigger and stronger. According to reports, in this cooperation, Fermon mainly uses brands and services as the capital of cooperation, and does not involve capital investment. Jin Dian Group invested more than 654.38+06 billion yuan in construction. The design bidding of Mangrove Fermon Hotel began in July, and entered the bid evaluation stage this month, and will be fully started this year.
