Specific as follows, can be judged according to their own situation:

1. Personnel stranded in the middle and high risk area are not allowed to return to the warehouse.

2. People who stay in low-risk areas of counties (cities, districts) where the middle and high-risk areas are located and counties (cities, districts) where the positive infected people are located, or who have lived in this area for 14 days, will return to Cang with negative certificates of nucleic acid testing twice within 48 hours, and after returning to Cang, they need to undergo "single person and single household" home medical observation 14 days.

3. People stranded in other counties (cities, districts) where there is no medium-high risk area in the prefecture-level city where the epidemic occurred will return to Cang within 48 hours after two negative nucleic acid tests. After returning to Cang, they were included in community grid management and followed up for 14 days. If the above two or three categories of personnel have plans to return to Cang, they or their families shall report to the township, village, community or local epidemic prevention station two days in advance.

4. For those who intend to enter or return to Cang, if they have a plan to return to China, they or their families shall report to the township, village, community or territorial prevention and control office three days in advance. After the 0/4-day quarantine period at the port of entry/KLOC expires, the "two points and one line" will be safely transported back to the destination county (city, district) in a closed loop.

5. All personnel who come to Cang must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours.
