Responsible for paying bills for guests, and collecting accommodation, laundry and other expenses through cash or transfer, credit card and other payment methods; Classify guest bills and input them into the computer in time for safekeeping; Take good care of all kinds of equipment, ensure that communication equipment is clean and smooth, and keep it working normally; Do a good job in the registration and custody of valuables and the storage and extraction of luggage; In case of fire, theft, acute diseases and other emergencies in the hotel, timely notify the relevant departments to properly handle them according to the hotel regulations; Seriously and timely complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
