III. Selection conditions:
1. The conditions for excellent team, excellent management and excellent supervisor are:
1) Having worked in the hotel for more than half a year, and having not received written warning or informed criticism or above punishment.
2) Be able to strictly implement the hotel's rules and regulations, have a good team spirit, have a strong sense of safety management and honor, obey management, and be consistent with the hotel's business philosophy.
3) Actively cooperate with and support the hotel work, without being late or leaving early, and the hotel hygiene inspection is qualified
4) The employees of the department are in good mental state, with strong service consciousness, good democratic style and good professional ethics, which has won a good reputation for the hotel.
5) Be able to organize employees to learn business knowledge, constantly improve their professional skills, and actively participate in various forms of skills training and cultural and sports activities.
6) Strong awareness of energy saving and consumption reduction and outstanding achievements.
7) There is a strong sense of fire control and safety management, and no major safety accidents occurred in the department throughout the year.
2. Conditions of excellent employees:
The main criteria for evaluating excellent employees are morality (professional morality), ability (professional ability), diligence (labor discipline) and performance (work performance), which are as follows:
1) Excellent employees are born below the supervisor level, can be recognized by most employees, and have worked in hotels for a long time.
2) Good professional ethics and service consciousness, excellent moral quality, professional quality and skill level, excellent performance in skill competition, dedication, honesty and pragmatism, playing an important role in this position, and successfully completing his own work, which was unanimously praised by the staff of this department;
3) completely obey and complete the work arrangement as required, strictly abide by the hotel's various rules and regulations, and carry out the hotel's Staff Manual and various operating procedures to the letter;
4) Put forward reasonable suggestions in terms of service, business skills, management, safety, environmental protection, energy saving and consumption reduction, creating good benefits for the hotel or making outstanding contributions in other aspects.
IV. Selection methods and requirements:
1. The selection of outstanding employees shall be organized and implemented by all departments, and the Human Resources Department shall supervise the selection, and the number of employees participating in the evaluation of each department shall not be less than 9% of the number of employees who should be present in the department. On the basis of summarizing the individual work of employees throughout the year, all departments should pay attention to the assessment of performance, choose the best among the best, evaluate unity, style and level, and make fair and just selection according to the selection conditions. Then, it is reported to the Human Resources Department for review, and the manager will discuss and study it at the regular meeting.
2. Excellent supervisors shall be recommended by each department, and the advanced deeds shall be reported to the Human Resources Department, which will be decided by the manager's regular meeting.
3. All departments should report the selected outstanding supervisors and employees to the Human Resources Department before January 1, 211.

V. Selection Procedure
1. Each department shall recommend the list of candidates for each award according to the selection criteria and selection quantity, fill in the recommendation form and submit it to the Human Resources Department before January 1, 217.
