General situation of Shaanxi

Shaanxi is one of the most important and concentrated cradles of Chinese civilization. Lantian people lived and worked here as early as 1 10,000 years ago. Since 1 1 century BC, 13 dynasties have established their capitals here in history. Shaanxi Province is a place where cultural relics and historical sites gather in China, and is known as the "Museum of Natural History": the ancient Chang 'an ruins, the eighth wonder of the world, the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, the magnificent 72 imperial tombs ... the vast and distant Chinese civilization has made everyone who first arrived in Shaanxi unconsciously dig deep into their homesickness. Shaanxi not only has many cultural relics and historic sites, but also has beautiful natural scenery: there are beautiful and steep Mount Huashan in Xiyue and Mount Li in Lintong; There is the surging Hukou Waterfall of the Yellow River; There are also eco-tourism areas that mainly protect rare animals such as giant pandas. The northern Shaanxi Plateau is not only the base of China revolution, but also the birthplace of Shaanxi folk customs: the high-pitched Qin opera, passionate gongs and drums, exquisite paper-cutting and peasant paintings with rich flavor of life are attracting more and more attention with their heavy cultural charm and unique loess customs.

stay

Today, with the popularization of modernization, many hotels in Xi 'an can't get online, which is absolutely unacceptable for Spider-Man like me. The Jiefang Hotel opposite the railway station is a three-star hotel. Small special double standard room 130 yuan, large room 140 yuan. Although the room is remote and feels outsourced, the advantage is that it is well decorated and relatively new. Unfortunately, we can't get online, so we have to give up. This bell tower belongs to one of the busiest urban areas. As a tourist, I suggest that it is more convenient to live here. Bell and Drum Tower Hotel, also listed as Samsung, the receptionist told me that the room can only dial-up internet access, and the guest's response speed is slow, which is basically equivalent to not being able to access the internet, dizzy! Finally, I checked into the special double standard room of Wen Yuan Hotel, 130 yuan/night. All of them are listed by Samsung, but the room area is small, the decoration is old, and the location is better than the hotel, so it is very convenient to go out for dinner and play. Wen Yuan Hotel uses a special set-top box for wireless Internet access, which is a bit troublesome, but the internet speed is still quite fast. Later, I surfed the Internet in my room and checked a well-known website. The price of my room is 198. Wow, that's far from it! It seems that in some hotels, it is cheaper to bargain directly at the front desk than to book.

traffic

Public transportation in Xi is very convenient, especially since we live in downtown, and we can basically take the bus when we go out. Most of the buses are 65,438 yuan +0/ person, and local people only spend 50 cents to swipe their cards. How envious! This road is near the estuary. Ask the way, look at the stop sign. Where to go is basically not a problem.

There is a bus to the airport every half hour at the entrance of Meilun Hotel in the Bell Tower. The fare is 25 yuan/person. There, many car drivers find people to carpool to the airport, and we even saw them get on the airport bus to attract customers. What a mess. Because we were afraid of being unsafe and in a hurry, we chose to take the bus. It only took us 50 minutes to get to the airport that day. As the arrival time is still early, I asked the staff that there is actually a food street near the airport, next to airport hotel, diagonally opposite the airport, less than 10 minutes' walk. The food street is small, mainly pasta and fast food, but the price is very cheap. We tasted Yangling dipped in water, a bowl of sauce similar to scrambled eggs with tomatoes, and a bowl of plain noodles dipped in sauce, which was only 4 yuan. It was delicious. In addition, I ate a special kind of pasta, and the characters were very complicated, so I couldn't type it. Locals call it "Bianbian" noodles, a big bowl in 8 yuan, which is delicious. 12 yuan is very satisfied with both of us. There are such good things near the airport. Other airports must study hard.

Gourmet:

Xi 'an's snacks are famous all over the country, but the taste of these things varies from person to person, just like those who like spicy food and those who don't. Our hotel is about 100 meters on the right, which is Huimin Street (behind the Drum Tower). There are all kinds of snacks in it. Although many people criticize the food here as not delicious and authentic, I still eat a lot here because of convenience. I don't recommend food. I'll try it if I see something I like. Anyway, the prices are very cheap. Huimin Street has a lot of sour plum soup powder for sale (don't get me wrong, it's not flour, but it may be better to use sour plum soup granules). Some packages include one package 10 package, and two packages are only for 7.5 yuan, which friends like to drink. It seems that buying this as a handwritten letter is cheap and popular.

Dechangfa is a Chinese time-honored brand that eats jiaozi, next to Wen Yuan Hotel. There is a breakfast buffet for 10 yuan/person in the morning. Although there are not many varieties, the food is delicious and good. The lobby on the second floor is beautifully decorated, and there is a guzheng performance at dinner. The price is moderate, you can try it.

There is a large underground tunnel and some small shops in the bell tower. We bought milk cake from Bell Tower, which turned out to be ice cream. It has several flavors, such as red beans, milk, strawberries and so on. And it tastes good. It is cheap and delicious in big cities. Awesome!

Near the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square, there is the famous Yongfeng Qishan Mountain, next to the bus stop (sorry, I forgot the name of that station, I always get off there when I go to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda by bus, as if it were called the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square Station). The facade is quite big, similar to a fast food restaurant. Although I don't like it very much, the price is moderate and the location is convenient. You can try it. In addition, at the corner of this store facing the direction of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, there is a military noodle restaurant, where there are 3 bowls of noodles, 5 bowls of potato powder and 4 bowls of rice noodles.

Scenic spot

1) Terracotta Warriors (ticket to 90 yuan)

Known as the eighth wonder of the world, many people expressed great shock after reading it, including some friends around me. Actually, we have different views. LG and I are particularly disappointed. Pit number one is the largest. The data shows that it is 230 meters long and 62 meters wide. Because the width is not long, the momentum is not enough at first glance. The most important thing is that there are about 6000 terracotta warriors and horses in this pit. In fact, only 2000 terracotta warriors and horses were excavated. There are no terracotta warriors and horses in the back except a pit slightly larger than the basketball court in front, only a grid of loess pits, speechless! Look at the people around you, it's more emotional than the Terracotta Warriors standing below. So there is no need to invite a guide at all. Wave after wave of tourists, let alone Chinese, there are different foreign language versions. It's harder if you don't listen. Listening to stories in terracotta warriors and horses is imaginative and particularly helpless. In addition, the toilet outside the terracotta warriors and horses actually has to collect 1/ people to send toilet paper. I said I don't want toilet paper, and I want to 1 give him some fertilizer. It's so expensive and unkind! Friends who want to solve it, remember to solve it in the scenic spot, free, and the environment is not bad.

2) Shaanxi Museum (free)

The collection inside is very rich and precious, much better than Henan Museum. We were lucky to get a free tour guide. Although I have a cursory look, I feel that I have gained a lot and it is worth recommending.

3) Xi 'an City Wall (ticket to 40 yuan)

We walk from the bell tower, and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the south gate-Yongning Gate. To visit the city wall, it is strongly recommended to ride a bike, otherwise it is better to ride it, because the city wall is too long, and it takes a whole circle around the city, about 13 kilometers. A person in a certain place, there is nothing to see, but it is quite refreshing to walk around the city with simple means of transportation. Bike for two people, 40/ 100 minutes, we ride very slowly, more than half an hour, plus 10. Of course, if there are many meters, you can also choose to take a rickshaw or a battery car.

4) Music Fountain in Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square (free)

The Wild Goose Pagoda is one of the symbols of Xi. I didn't go to visit because of the time. Next to the tower, there is a large musical fountain of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, which performs every night. I asked the security guard where to look, and he said it was on the observation deck in front of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. However, as soon as we saw that the observation deck was full, we stood by and looked at it and found that the effect was not good. Even if we can squeeze into the so-called observation deck, because there is a distance from the railing in front, the position is not high and the effect is not ideal. Later, we went back to see it. It was a sea of people, and we always thought it was normal, mainly because the location was not very good and the lights were not bright enough. We still missed the music fountain in quancheng square.

Huashan information

1) traffic

Because we went in March, it is still in the off-season. According to the Internet, the tourist bus lines are closed, so it is recommended to go by train. When I took the tourist bus to the Terracotta Warriors, I asked the flight attendants about the tourist bus to Huashan. He said there is only one bus every day, which is at 7: 00 in the morning. Because of preconceived ideas, even if I bought a train ticket, I felt it was not ideal, but I bought it at once because of a short circuit. Later, it was discovered that unless the timing was wrong, it would be a fool to go to Huashan by train in Xi 'an. Why do you say that? First of all, the train will be late. It seems natural that the train is late, but it usually takes a long time to travel. It only takes an hour and a half to drive, but it takes half an hour or even an hour to wait. Not cost-effective! Secondly, the train doesn't go directly to Huashan. It takes more than ten kilometers to get off, and you have to change trains there, which is troublesome. Thirdly, it is not only the tourist line 1 that can go to Huashan at any time. Imagine, Huashan, as one of the tourist routes in Xi 'an, how can there be only one bus or even no car every day? In fact, on the right side facing the railway station, there is a big sign saying that there is a special bus to Huashan at the entrance of China Post Express Hotel, including No.5 (306) to the Terracotta Warriors. On the bus to Huashan, the driver sent me a business card, which said that it was the Huashan tourist special line of Shaanxi Honghua Passenger Transport Co., Ltd., and there was a shuttle bus from 7 am to 6 pm, which took about 40 minutes to go directly to Yuquanyuan intersection. Buy a round-trip ticket for $50/person and a one-way ticket for $30/person.

2) Accommodation

I saw some people say that Huashan accommodation is convenient and not expensive, but this is not the case. Whether you take a cable car or walk up the mountain, the first thing you arrive at is Beifeng. But there is a long distance from Beifeng to Southeast Xifeng. The simplest common sense is known. Of course, the east wind watches the sunrise and the west wind watches the sunset. But Dongfeng has only one hotel, which is a monopoly. It is strange that he doesn't sell well. Even in other peaks, each peak will not exceed two hotels. In Huashan, no matter whether it is a canteen or an accommodation, there is a big price guide board, which clearly indicates the maximum price of many commodities. If it exceeds the guide price, you can complain. This is a good thing for consumers, but the problem is that the local price bureau doesn't know how to measure the price. Although there are many foreigners going to Xi 'an, there are more people in China. Don't think that tourists are full of dollars. Many shops sell goods at the highest price. It's not illegal. What can you do? For example, in Dongfeng Hotel, the card shows the highest room price of 80 yuan/person on weekdays 10, and the owner will operate according to the highest price without losing a penny. Anyway, this is the only one. Where can you go? 10 people don't even have a separate bathroom. There are five bunk beds, and the sheets must not be changed by every guest. If this room is full, it is equivalent to one night in 800 yuan. Where do you think this price was set? I remember going to Huangshan two years ago. Although the quadruple room is per person 105, there is at least a separate bathroom for bathing. Conditions are much better than here.

3) Diet

I passed Xi 'an and just finished all the dry food prepared at the last stop. Because it is convenient and inexpensive to see Huashan supplementary food on the Internet, I decided to go up the mountain without food and buy it at that time. This decision made me regret it not long after I went up the mountain until the next day. Unless you are not short of money, you should at least bring some light and full food such as chocolate, bread and biscuits to Huashan. We walked about two kilometers from Huashan Gate. Looking at our watch, it's almost 1 1 o. Considering that the price of food will definitely rise with the elevation, we began to look for something to eat. I saw a canteen and asked, instant noodles 9 yuan, boiled egg noodles 13 yuan. Oh, my God! Yes, it's already this price after walking less than 3 kilometers. People bargain with the boss 15 and don't care about two bowls of noodles. Come on, eat two eggs first. 1.5/ Eggs are still reliable. At the next restaurant, my aunt was still conscience, and finally made two bowls of green vegetable noodles, 14 yuan for us to eat. At Dongfeng Hotel in the evening, 20 yuan/bowl of shredded pork noodles and 25 yuan/plate of fried rice, but after all, this is the top of the mountain, and it is a unique business, and the weight is still enough. Compared with Yamashita, it is psychologically easier to accept.

Why are things on the mountain so expensive? I believe the answer is that things have to be picked up by porters. It's just an excuse! Take instant noodles as an example. I have seen a porter pick instant noodles up the hill with his own eyes. After a rough calculation, he chose more than 250 bowls of noodles. If he can earn 250 yuan this trip, that is, the labor service for each bowl of noodles is 1 yuan. Even if he can earn 500 yuan, the labor service for each bowl of noodles is only two yuan. How did he calculate that the instant noodles sold at the foot of the mountain would become 13 yuan? Even 15 yuan! One word: black!

In Huashan, I met something darker. The next day, I just got off Laojunligou (as shown below. If you are going up the mountain, you will pass Erxian Bridge. When you see some chairs near the canteen, you will sit down and have a rest. There is a sign hanging in the canteen, which lists the prices of some snacks, among which fried rice with eggs is 10. Anyway, everyone was sitting and resting, so I asked the boss if fried rice could be cheaper, 8 yuan/plate, two plates. The boss said no, no. I'm not hungry anyway. Not far from the foot of the mountain. I climbed up yesterday, knowing that there are many shops below. After sitting for a while, I walked past an interesting porter whom I met yesterday. He sang while walking, enjoying himself and being very cute. I applauded him politely to show my gratitude and brought him a throat lozenge. After that, the porter continued his journey, and I stood up and left. At this time, the boss who has been standing by suddenly said, "OK, fry two plates for you." We were overjoyed and thanked again and again. Fried rice with eggs is fried rice with eggs, which is average in weight and doesn't even have chopped green onion. We know this is a mountain, and we don't care much. At dinner, I asked my boss if I should charge for adding water. The boss agreed. In fact, water is added for free in some places. Because we still have a little water on us and don't want to push the boss, we didn't add it. I also gave him throat lozenges. After dinner, I specially gave my boss a 20 yuan and a Zhang Yiyuan bill. He returned the one-dollar bill to me, saying it was useless. I was surprised and asked, "Do you have so much change for me?" . He smiled strangely and whispered, keep the change. What? Did I hear you wrong? Then I watched him put the money in his pocket and stopped. It turned out that he also received a disc from 10 yuan, and he was angry! Because I said before1I won't eat 0 yuan's food, and the negotiations between us have stopped for so long, I'm ready to go. He offered and did, of course, at the price I paid back, otherwise we would have eaten early. This is not a question of a few dollars, but a question of his character. I have never met such a rogue. What a shame that an old man who used to be quite charitable should do such a thing! For example, he also said that fried rice on the mountain is more than 20 yuan a plate. Yes, the price is clearly marked, and no children are deceived. I am willing to eat, but it is really unreasonable for him to do so. During the whole argument, he never dared to say that he didn't promise to give me a cheap price, because he knew that the whole Huashan Mountain was smeared by him for just four dollars, old man. Do you think it is worth it? Therefore, it is suggested that friends who go to Huashan must clearly mark the price when eating, and even suggest not to help this black shop!
