On May 28, 2008, 12, 14: 28, the Wenchuan earthquake mourned all over the country! Qingchuan, located in the north of Sichuan, is one of the "Three Rivers" that suffered the most. In August of that year, Wenzhou aid headquarters set out from Wenzhou, crossed Wanshui, Qian Shan, and arrived in Qingchuan County. Without hesitation, I set foot in Qingxi Town, Sanguo Township and Qiaolou Township, which are the most remote and difficult places in Qingchuan, and devoted myself to post-disaster reconstruction.

In Qingxi Town, there is a monument to aid construction, which clearly records every aid construction fund from Wenzhou. Standing in front of the monument, Zhang Fan was full of thoughts, and the picture of aid construction seemed to flash before his eyes. This is a period from despair to rebirth ... "Qingchuan at that time was in ruins!" " Ye Jianping, head of the Industrial Group of Wenzhou Aid Headquarters, still remembers the scene he witnessed when he arrived in Qingchuan County on August 27th, 2008: the houses collapsed and the debris was scattered all over the place, and broken walls could be seen everywhere. After a short stay in Qiao Zhuang, Qingchuan, the headquarters continued to advance to Qingxi. August is the rainy season in Sichuan. Accompanied by the sudden thunder and rain again and again at night, the aid construction headquarters has successively compiled the economic and social development plan of Qingxi District in 2009-2020, the three-year aid construction project plan of Wenzhou City, the village renovation plan of Qingxi District, the construction plan of Yin Pingsheng's leisure demonstration village and the investment attraction project library of Qingxi District, which laid a foundation for scientific aid construction.

Ye Jianping recalled that at that time, earthquake relief materials arrived in the disaster area from all over the country, providing temporary living security for the affected people. But how will the people in the disaster areas start their lives in the future? Where should Qingxi's economy start? How can we develop the production and life of the masses? These problems are really in front of the aid builders. Focusing on the guiding ideology of "paying equal attention to survival and development, combining the present with the long-term", the headquarters quickly determined the aid construction tasks in five aspects: urban and rural infrastructure, public service facilities, home reconstruction, industrial intelligence assistance, and comprehensive improvement of urban and rural areas.

In addition to infrastructure, there is also local industrial development. This is the idea that the aid construction headquarters had just arrived in Qingxi. In the transformation of rural farmhouses, the headquarters made unified planning for houses, highlighted the style of residential houses in northern Sichuan in appearance, and combined the transformation of farmhouses with farmhouse tourism; In Yanjiaba Society, Yinping, the headquarters helps to develop eco-industrial parks; In order to solve the problem of vegetable supply in the township, the headquarters industrial group helped to establish the greenhouse vegetable planting industry; In addition, a demonstration base for fish farming in rice fields, a meat rabbit breeding base and a walnut forest have been built.

Yang Jinjun, secretary of the Party Committee of Qingxi Town, gave a set of gratifying data: in 20 17 years, the town received tourists1200,000 person-times, with a tourism income of 356 million yuan and a per capita disposable income of 25,603 yuan.

Today, Qingxi has become a modern and beautiful town. Walking in Qingxi Town, Zhang Fan said that it is difficult to connect it with the heavy damage caused by the earthquake. Like Zhang Fan, in the past ten years, many Wenzhou cadres and experts came to Qingxi to seek technical assistance, industrial cooperation or medical services. In their relay, the spirit of Wenzhou people took root in Qingxi.

In the post-aid period, the interconnection between Wenzhou and Qingxi never stopped. From precision poverty alleviation to industrial development, from science and technology to cultural exchange, Wenzhou witnessed the great changes in Qingxi all the way.

Recently, Ye Jianping has been busy helping Qingxi to compile a new round of "Project Invitation Letter" by taking advantage of Wenzhou Investment Promotion Bureau's contact with Wen Shang, and nine projects have been promoted nationwide. Yang Jinjun said that Wenzhou's dedicated aid construction has brought earth-shaking changes to Qingxi. After three years of reconstruction and seven years of revitalization, Qingxi has made continuous progress in gratitude and achieved a green rise.

On the way back to Qingchuan, a taxi driver learned that Zhang Fan was from Wenzhou and gave a thumbs-up and said, "Wenzhou people are our relatives." Through the window, Zhang Fan saw the words "Zhejiang Wenzhou aided construction" engraved on the building, and could not help thinking that Wenzhou and Qingxi should have been in the same strain for a long time, and this friendship will last for a long time.
