Tan Baoquan (1June 2-20, 9431April 26, 4) was born in Qingyuan, Baoding. 1965 graduated from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts and has been engaged in teaching and painting since then. Member of China Artists Association, China Calligraphers Association, China Arts and Crafts Association, director of China Painters Association, and vice president of Hebei Chinese Painting Research Association. 65438-0979 Tan Baoquan graduated from China Flower and Bird Painting Research Class of Central Academy of Arts and Crafts. With his tireless pursuit and exploration of art, he gained a high reputation in the field of Chinese painting in China. For a long time, Tan Baoquan's works are "fair in composition, rich in pen and ink sources, exquisite and solid", forming a "quiet and elegant artistic style, dripping pen and ink interest, rich and unrestrained life atmosphere, jade-like artistic realm. In May 2008, the "Charity Sale of 100 Painters for Disaster Relief" was held in Baoding Museum. The Chinese painting All Love, which Tan Baoquan participated in, was bought at the price of 15000 yuan, giving his love to the Wenchuan earthquake-stricken area. Tan Baoquan has held solo exhibitions in Guangzhou, Yangzhou, Chengde and other places, and his works have been selected to participate in large-scale art exhibitions at home and abroad for many times and won awards. Many of his traditional Chinese paintings are collected by Beijing Great Hall of the People, Beijing China Museum of Modern Literature, Hebei Great Hall, Iceland Art Museum and China Art Museum. Tan Baoquan was a professor at the College of Arts and Crafts of Hebei University. He pursued art tirelessly, sketched and painted with artistic practice, and taught and educated people. For decades, Tan Lao has been deeply loved by students and made outstanding contributions to the development of fine arts in Baoding and even Hebei Province. On the afternoon of April 26th 17, Tan Baoquan, a famous Chinese painter from Baoding, died of a heart attack in Tianjin at the age of 73.
