Sweet fruit time wifi can't surf the internet

Luo? ~ hey? 1, router failure

This is the most common problem, and it may be that the connection has been in an infinite loop for some time. The simplest solution is to plug in the router power interface and let the router restart, which can solve 90% of the problems caused by routers. Of course, it is also possible that the router hardware is faulty and can only be sent for repair. Now the router price is before 50-200 yuan, which is not expensive.

There may also be a router configuration problem, which depends on whether the router itself can connect to the network. If not, you need to reconfigure the router.

2. Multiple devices are connected simultaneously.

This problem usually occurs in the working environment, or in public places such as cafes and shopping malls that provide free wifi. If you don't have the right to change the router settings, you can only try to avoid surfing the internet during the peak period of networking, or connect to the network in advance. If there is an IP conflict, you need to assign an IP to each connected device in the router to avoid mutual influence.

There are also some cases, such as Tianyi router presented by China Telecom, whose routing function is forcibly locked by the government. So if you want to use Tianyi router for wifi access, you must unlock it first.

3, beyond the signal coverage

The wireless signal of the wireless router will be weakened by external influences, and the most direct one is the distance. Generally, the signal of an ordinary router will become worse when it exceeds ten meters. Therefore, it is recommended to connect wifi as close as possible to the signal source to enhance the wifi signal. In addition, if there is a dielectric barrier between you and the wireless router, such as a wall, the signal will become very poor.

4, wireless network card failure

The mobile phone relies on the wireless network card in the mobile phone to receive wifi signals. Some mobile phone wireless network cards are almost eliminated or seriously aging, which will cause poor reception of wifi signals, and even a phone call will lead to wireless disconnection. This situation can only be taken to the maintenance center for maintenance.

5, baseband or ROM problem

Baseband is the module responsible for communication, and often a mobile phone has multiple basebands to choose from. If you brush the ROM with an inappropriate baseband, your wifi connection may be abnormal, and you can't even send text messages or make phone calls. In addition, if the ROM itself is not perfect, there will also be the problem of abnormal wifi connection. For example, just after Android 4. 1 was released, an organic friend brushed the beta version of CM 10 (a third-party ROM based on the 4. 1 framework), and as a result, wifi could not be connected, so we had to brush a relatively perfect ROM again to solve the problem.

Second, what is the matter that the mobile phone can't find wifi?

1.WiFi is not turned on.

Solution: Go to System Settings -WiFi- Enable.

2. The WiFi module of the mobile phone is faulty. If the WiFi enable button in the mobile phone settings cannot be turned on (some mobile phone buttons are gray and cannot be clicked), it may be caused by virtual welding or damage of the mobile phone WiFi module.

Solution: return the mobile phone to the factory for after-sales maintenance or go to a repair shop for maintenance.

Third, mobile phones can't access the Internet even with wifi.

1. Check the router settings.

Step 1: Open the browser of the computer to which the current wireless router is connected, and enter192.168.1(192./kloc-0 for some routers) in the address bar.

Step 2: Under the router's network settings, first find the router's WAN port setting options. Setting the "type" here correctly is the key to the problem. There are two commonly used: PPPoE and DHCP. Choose this according to your own situation. If it is ADSL dial-up Internet access at home, choose PPPoE. If residential broadband or hotels have direct network interfaces, please choose DHCP.

Step 3: If it is DHCP, there is no need to make other settings, and the router will automatically obtain the corresponding network settings. If you choose PPPoE, you need to fill in the correct user name and password, which are provided by network service providers, such as China Telecom. If you forget your password, you can call 10000 for manual consultation.

Step 4: Next, check the LAN port settings of the router. In fact, the settings of different brands are similar. The most important thing is to turn on the DHCP function, so as to ensure that the router can assign IP addresses to devices when they access LAN ports or connect to wifi. The IP address range allocated by DHCP should be in the same network segment as the IP address of the router, such as192.168.1.x.

Step 5: Finally, check the security settings of the router. Check whether some security policies that restrict MAC or IP address connections or corresponding speed-limiting policies are turned on. If so, please turn it off, otherwise only devices with specific MAC or IP addresses can connect.

2, check the phone settings

Step 1: Open the phone settings and select "Wi-Fi". Then, when you see the currently connected wifi signal, click the blue circle arrow on the far right.

Step 2: Click "Ignore this network". Then the wifi connection of the mobile phone will be disconnected, so that the mobile phone will not automatically connect by clicking the signal source again, but re-enter the connected wifi password, that is, the mobile phone will re-identify the network once, so that the original network configuration can be cleared.

Step 3: If you want to clear it more thoroughly, you can open Settings-General-Restore in turn and select "Restore Network Settings". In this way, the device will restart. After restarting, the previously connected network will not be saved, but will be recognized as a new network, and you need to enter the wifi password to connect.
