2. 3. Establish and implement a health management system for employees. Food purchase inspection records must be true and kept for no less than two years. Those engaged in food wholesale business must truthfully record the name, specifications, quantity, production batch number, shelf life, name and contact information of the purchaser, date of sale, etc. of the wholesale food, or retain sales receipts containing relevant information. The retention period of records and bills shall not be less than 2 years.
5. Store food in accordance with the requirements to ensure food safety, regularly check the food in stock, and promptly clean up food that has spoiled or has exceeded the shelf life.
6. When storing bulk food, mark the name, production date, shelf life, producer name and contact information of the food at the storage location; when selling bulk food, mark the food on the containers and outer packaging of the bulk food. The name, production date, shelf life, name and contact information of the manufacturer and operator, etc.
7. Sell prepackaged foods in accordance with the warning signs, warning instructions or precautions on food labels.
8. If it is found that the food being operated does not meet food safety standards, the operation shall be stopped immediately, relevant producers, operators and consumers shall be notified, and the suspension of operation and notification shall be recorded. If the food manufacturer believes that a recall should be made, it should be recalled immediately. If anyone knowingly sells food that does not meet food safety standards, we promise to compensate consumers for their losses and pay ten times the price as compensation.
9. Do not sell food without product name, factory name, factory address or production date.
10. If food business conditions change and do not meet food business requirements, corrective measures shall be taken immediately; if there is a potential risk of food safety accidents, food production and business activities shall be stopped immediately and the local county-level industrial and commercial authorities shall be informed.
