Where is Xiamen Jianfa He Yue?
Xiamen He Yue East is located in Siming District, Xiamen, at the intersection of the main road around the island and Cailing Road, close to Cailing Road, so Xiamen He Yue East is near the road. Xiamen He Yue Oriental is jointly built by Poly, Lianfa and Jindi. The project is located in the northwest of the intersection of Huandao Avenue and Cailing Road in Siming District. The total construction area of the project is 3 1.200 m2, and the land area is 1.0973.573 m2. Two residential buildings and 252 suites are planned.
Xiamen is referred to as Xiamen or Heron, also known as Ludao. It is a prefecture-level city, a sub-provincial city and a city with separate plans under the jurisdiction of Fujian Province, a China Special Economic Zone approved by the State Council, and an important central city, port and scenic tourist city in the southeast coast.
Brief introduction of Xiamen
Xiamen (Amoy), also known as Ludao, is located at the southeast end of Fujian Province, bordering Zhangzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone in the west, Nan 'an in the north and Jinmen and Dadan Island across the sea in the southeast. It is one of the major cities in southern Fujian. It is also called "Xiamen-Zhangzhou Spring" with Zhangzhou and Quanzhou, and it is the economic zone of the Golden Triangle in southern Fujian.
Xiamen is one of the first four special economic zones in China to implement the policy of opening to the outside world, one of the five national pilot zones for comprehensive reform of development and opening up (namely "new special zones") and one of the three zones of "China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone". It is also a cross-strait cooperation demonstration zone for emerging industries and modern service industries, a southeast international shipping center, a cross-strait regional financial service center and a cross-strait trade center.
