What kind of hotel do you want to stay in?

I'm sorry to bring you terrible news. Before I stayed in this hotel, I heard that this hotel was famous for its thoughtful service. However, when I stayed in this hotel, I found that things were developing in the opposite direction. First of all, the air conditioner in my room doesn't work well. Secondly, there is no cleaner to clean my room. To make matters worse, when I asked to change rooms, the service staff didn't agree at all.
