1. The methods of reporting child laborers are as follows:

2. Legal basis: Article 2 of the Provisions on Prohibiting the Use of Child Labour

State organs, social organizations, enterprises and institutions, private non-enterprise units or individual industrial and commercial households (hereinafter collectively referred to as employers) are not allowed to recruit minors under the age of 16 (recruiting minors under the age of 16, hereinafter collectively referred to as using child labour).

It is forbidden for any unit or individual to introduce employment to minors under the age of 16.

The administrative department of labor and social security shall also order the employing unit to send the child workers back to their original residence to their parents or other guardians within a time limit, and all the transportation and accommodation expenses required shall be borne by the employing unit.

if the employing unit is ordered by the administrative department of labor and social security to make corrections within a time limit in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, and fails to deliver the child labor to its parents or other guardians within the time limit, the administrative department of labor and social security will impose a fine of 1, yuan per month for each child worker, and the administrative department for industry and commerce will revoke its business license or the civil affairs department will cancel the registration of private non-enterprise units; If the employing unit is a state organ or institution, the relevant unit shall give administrative or disciplinary sanctions of demotion or dismissal to the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel according to law.

2. What are the fines for recruiting child laborers

1. Anyone who uses child laborers to engage in profit-making productive labor will be fined 6-1,2 yuan for each child laborer;

2. Anyone who uses child labor to engage in domestic service labor will be fined 3-6 yuan for each child;

3. Parents or other guardians allow teenagers and children to do child labor, but they still don't correct it after criticism and education, and they are fined 3-6 yuan;

4. Anyone who introduces a job to a teenager or child under the age of 16 will be fined 6-1,2 yuan for each child worker.
