3. Strictly restrict the trip to the middle and high risk areas and counties. Unless necessary, do not go to the cities where the middle and high risk areas are located, the counties where COVID-19 cases have been reported in the past 14 days, and the land border port cities outside the province.

Four, establish and improve the information sharing mechanism of truck drivers, and implement the "white list" management. Provide free nucleic acid testing for truck drivers in need at all highway intersections in our city to ensure smooth logistics.
