1. Send a proposal

Send a proposal to all students through QQ group before 15th of X. Online students should publicize the proposal to students who are not online. See Appendix 1

2. Set up a preparatory group

Set up a preparatory group before 2th of X.

The leader of the preparatory group: Responsible for the planning of the whole class reunion activities. It is suggested that a general contact person should be set up, and a sub-contact person should be set up in each province to be responsible for convening students from all provinces.

activity organization group: responsible for the planning, preparation, organization and implementation of activities such as discussion and sightseeing of alumni association, as well as the design, production and distribution of alumni association souvenirs.

finance group: responsible for the budget of reunion expenses, the collection of reunion A expenses, the expenditure audit of various expenses, the final accounts of expenses and the collection of remaining funds when the A expenses are insufficient.

reception group: responsible for hotel and restaurant arrangements, drinks preparation, shuttle service, ticket booking and other conference services.

Third, the preparation for the reunion

1. The contact group collected the contact information of all the students before October 1th and made an address book.

2. According to the address book, the activity organization group puts forward the preparation requirements for all students:

1) Each student provides a recent photo (but a single photo can also be a family photo, but it is best to take a photo of life) and sends it to the members of the activity group.

2) Students should provide an old personal photo, scan it and send it to the email address of the members of the activity group.

3) Try to provide photos of some old things, such as graduation certificate, graduation photo, things related to the school before, etc., which can be sent to the email address of the members of the activity group.
