The red light of the set-top box is mainly caused by the incorrect switching of the TV signal source, that is, the TV signal source is not switched to the signal input mode of the set-top box, so the TV shows no signal, and no response can be seen by pressing the remote control of the set-top box. The solution is as follows:

1. Aim the TV remote controller at the TV, press the TV/AV key below, and switch the TV signal source to AV mode, and the picture of the set-top box will be displayed. Then, use the remote control of the set-top box to control the set-top box normally.

2. If the TV and the set-top box are connected by HDMI cable, you need to press the signal source of the TV remote controller and switch the signal source to HDMI mode to display the picture of the set-top box.

3. The user can also directly press the signal source key of the TV remote controller, and switch the signal sources one by one in the pop-up signal source menu options until the picture of the set-top box is displayed.
