Under the leadership of the supervisor, we visited all departments of the hotel, and the hotel staff were very friendly during the visit. And enthusiastic. As students, I will also patiently answer some simple questions with us. When visiting different boxes, the tableware is placed strictly and orderly, and all kinds of items on the desktop floor are gorgeous and clean. The students strengthened their professional belief in this demanding major. What impressed them was that in addition to the luxurious lobby, the food and beverage department also had various boxes, so that every guest could find a suitable place here. What moved me most about the visit was that some dishes in the hotel were prepared transparently, and the staff prepared the banquet right under our noses. I think since you can take us to the kitchen where there is no place to put sand, there must be some advantages in public health or facilities.

When visiting the housekeeping department, there will be a temperature indicator in each room, and the staff will give the guests corresponding tips according to the temperature change. This is a detail, and it also makes us feel their caring service.

At the same time, we also went to the recreation department and the conference center. Tables and chairs are neatly arranged and the service facilities are complete. We saw the mysterious presidential suite. Luxurious interior design, complete and intimate facilities and equipment can meet all the requirements of guests at any time.

Although the hotel facilities are luxurious and the service is comprehensive and thoughtful, there are inevitably some shortcomings to be improved. For example, the air quality of hotel rooms can drive dust suspended in the air under the light, and there is occasional noise of service personnel pushing carts in the corridor. In addition, the facilities and equipment for entertainment and sports are not perfect enough and need to be further improved. Most of the bonsai plants in the hotel are fake flowers, so we should put some real plants for guests to enjoy. Due to the short time, I can't understand the knowledge of hotel management and staff training.

By visiting xx Hotel, we really felt the standard and service details of star-rated hotels. It also strengthened our professional service consciousness. Ability is cultivated, quality is served, and smile is from the heart. This is how we feel. Perhaps for us students, it is still far away to be an excellent hotel person, but we will continue to work hard and thank the hotel for giving us the opportunity to visit and study.

In this activity, Cai Wei, a teacher from Baoying Development Zone International School, gave a lecture on "The Change of Quantity and Position". Looking for people through WeChat in life, the problem of looking for people in cinemas originated from life, which stimulated students' interest in learning and effectively integrated into the classroom, giving people a taste of non-traditional classroom.

Experience 3: Questions about students' independent inquiry.

In teaching, teachers are required to create a learning atmosphere for students to explore independently, so that students can find, ask and solve problems on the basis of their existing life experience, learning experience and mathematical knowledge experience. For example, "Solving Problems by One-variable Equation" taught by teacher Zhou Meili of Danyang Experimental School, through creating situations, creates a learning atmosphere of independent inquiry, runs through the classroom, and allows students to find ways to solve problems themselves, so that they can feel the fun and sense of accomplishment in solving problems.

Visit and experience general edition (3) Shandong in April, with beautiful weather and pleasant scenery. We were lucky enough to visit eight primary and secondary schools in Shandong. I just know from news reports that Shandong's economy has developed rapidly and has become the leader of our country. This close contact with so many schools and so many colleagues in education gave me two words: shock.

Establish a scientific teacher evaluation system that is conducive to promoting teachers' professional ethics and professional level, comprehensively consider teachers' professional ethics performance, work attitude, professional development, workload, work difficulty, work performance and other factors, and scientifically evaluate teachers' work, instead of simply evaluating and rewarding teachers by test scores and enrollment rate. Gradually establish and improve the evaluation system of students' comprehensive quality, and establish an evaluation mechanism based on process evaluation and combining process evaluation with summative evaluation. Establish and improve the record system of students' growth, strengthen the accumulation of process data such as students' classroom questions, homework statements, practical activities and landmark achievements, conduct process evaluation on students in various ways, and give full play to the functions of encouragement, guidance, diagnosis and error correction of evaluation.

General Edition (IV)165438+1October 23rd, two teachers, xx and I, went to Linyi No.6 Primary School to participate in the promotion meeting of their self-energy and efficient classroom achievements, and attended the report meeting of the education experts invited by them. Through learning, I have a deep understanding, and now I will summarize what I have seen, heard and felt as follows.

On the morning of 23rd, I listened to two English demonstration classes. One is Zhang Yanli's phonetic teaching class, and the other is Li Hailian's story teaching class.

Teacher Zhang Yanli's class focuses on students' self-summarization, finds out the general pronunciation rules of words, and uses their original spelling knowledge to teach and learn new words. At the beginning of the class, the teacher sang with the pronunciation of 26 letters. In fact, I think this method is effective, but it is also easy to cause misunderstanding among students. For example, the letter e has several pronunciations, but only pay attention to one when reading. Although it goes well, there may be bad sequelae.

When learning new words, teachers will use the pronunciation rules of learned letter combinations to guide students to try reading and listen to pronunciation in time. At the same time, strengthen cooperative learning among groups and hold small competitions to improve students' enthusiasm for participation. Of course, dialogue teaching also adopts the same way. On the whole, the teachers in the sixth primary school have improved the teaching difficulty and dared to break through the curriculum standards to explore, which is commendable.

Teacher Li Hailian's class is story teaching. According to the standard, there is no need to take the story obtained in part C as a teaching reference as a class, but Mr. Li explored, improved the teaching requirements, carefully designed the teaching courseware and gave a good teaching. At first, the teacher began to recite the scriptures, which improved the students' enthusiasm for participation. The teacher designed some links to deal with the difficulties that students may encounter. In the later animation demonstration, students can easily understand the story. In the following discussion, the five observation groups arranged in advance made statistical explanations from five aspects: teachers' teaching language, the use of teaching resources, the frequency of classroom language use, students' subjective and passive questions and answers, and teachers' itinerant guidance, which provided the advantages of teaching teachers and put forward good suggestions for their shortcomings. In the afternoon, we attended their report meeting. Dr. Zhang Bin from the Provincial Institute of Education gave a special lecture. He started with the curriculum standards and gave us a wonderful explanation. One day, before dawn when we set out, it was late at night when we came back. However, I think this trip has gained a lot. In the future teaching, we should also put forward higher teaching requirements around the curriculum standards and constantly develop ourselves.

General Edition (5) In order to call on Xi Jinping's strategic goal of "starting from me, starting from scratch, making fine products and shaping fine products", on the afternoon of May 12, our party visited Star River Bay and Merrill Lynch Lakeside Garden, and at the same time saw Century Garden, which was deeply touched when we came back.

Star River Bay is far away from the center of Guangzhou, but the site selection of the project takes a high-grade and high-quality route, and the layout is also successful. We can overcome the congenital deficiency of the region through the efforts of the day after tomorrow. Star River Bay shows a taste, a high-grade residential district. Through this smell, we can see that the management of property managers is harsh, rigorous and meticulous. This has mainly achieved three points:

First, when you step into the Star River Bay, the first feeling is that the ground is fresh. No matter where you go, there is not a piece of paper or rubbish.

Second, decent greening, good maintenance, lush foliage everywhere.

Third, pay great attention to the grade of signs, and take cover works in place.

Meilin Lakeside Garden shows a kind of amorous feelings, a kind of characteristics, from garden landscape to security clothing, all of which reflect the cowboy amorous feelings in the west and the atmosphere of vacation and leisure. Its supporting signs form a perfect contrast with the environment, giving people a natural and good visual enjoyment.

Compared with the century garden, the century garden obviously presents the phenomenon of low hygiene level, weak greening and environmental protection atmosphere and insufficient park landscape level.

Compared with the three parks, there are still some gaps in our work, and there are many places that need to be corrected and improved urgently. We should absorb nutrients from the Star River Bay and Meilin Lake Garden, foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, and carefully consider the management of human environment and public facilities. I think the high standard investment of hardware, the high quality service of personnel and the breakthrough of high starting point of management are all very important, which is an effective way to create fine products.

According to the arrangement of my hometown, I was lucky enough to attend this cadre training class held in xx. The content of this study is scientific and reasonable, with strong pertinence, which accords with the actual situation in my hometown and gives me a new understanding of conservation agriculture, animal husbandry and new rural construction. In these limited days, I not only felt the hospitality of xx leaders and teachers, but more importantly, I learned a lot of valuable knowledge and experience. Through study and training, my own theoretical level and ideological understanding have been improved to a certain extent. At the same time, through observing and studying in xx and xx counties, we have broadened our horizons, liberated our minds and updated our concepts. This training and learning college offers courses for us, such as official etiquette, public cultural writing, facility cultivation, animal breeding, animal epidemic prevention, saline-alkali land improvement, town planning, plant protection, farmland shelterbelt construction, etc., which cover all aspects of our daily work and are the knowledge we must master in carrying out rural work. Through rich curriculum design and wonderful lectures by teachers, we not only broaden our knowledge, but also improve our ability to serve the people in the future.

Second, the learning content is practical and practical.

Among all the courses offered, Jiuquan Vocational and Technical College has designed courses closely around the actual situation in my hometown. The saline-alkali land in my hometown is serious and the ecology is fragile. Taking Lycium barbarum planting and facility culture as the main development industries, saline-alkali land improvement, farmland shelterbelt construction, crop cultivation, animal breeding and epidemic prevention are all necessary knowledge in the process of economic and social development in my hometown, which has strong practicability. In addition, courses such as facility agriculture are also offered. Although we don't have a facility agriculture industrial project yet, it represents the development direction of modern agriculture, which has increased our knowledge and broadened our development ideas.
