Xinzhuang village introduction

Xinzhuang Village is located in the southeast of Nanguan Office in jiaozhou city, bordering Haier Avenue and Fusheng Village in Yinghai Town in the east; It borders Gaojiataizi Village in the west and faces Zhaojiatan Village across the river in the north. The newly-built Hong Kong Middle Road runs through the east and west of the village, and the Jiaohuang Railway runs through the west of the village. Xinzhuang Village is an eastward extension of the river alluvial plain. Because of its large salt content, scattered villages and sparse population, it extends to the east bank of Dagu River in Jiaodong Town. Due to geological factors, crops are relatively simple, and there are only ordinary northern agricultural products, such as wheat and corn. Before liberation, a saline-alkali land was not harvested for nine years. After liberation, through land reclamation, saline-alkali land became a grain ration field. After 1966, some saline-alkali land was transformed and rice was planted. Since then, people's lives have been improved, with 478 mu of cultivated land. 1988, the village collective income was 55,800 yuan, and the per capita income of farmers was about 150 yuan. In recent years, with the development of national economy, most of the land in Xinzhuang village has been expropriated. With compensation funds, the Party branch and the village committee invested 4 million yuan to build a comprehensive building with nearly 5,000 square meters of factories, hotels, kindergartens, activity centers for the elderly and a rest place, and let it out.
