Is Ctrip not responsible for the hotel cheating consumers?

Cheated to participate in Ctrip's free travel without shopping, it was casually sold to the local tourism team. I stay in the scenic spot for 2-3 hours every day, and spend the rest of the time in the sun. Waiting for those shopping teams to complain about customer service, the result is how many points I lost, which is useless. I can't lose money. I was blocked by Ctrip for writing comments.
