What is the night shift in the hotel?

Fortunately, I used to work in a hotel, also called night shift. Actually, it refers to all-night classes. It's usually 12 from night to 8 am. Small night shift means getting off work from 5-6 pm to around 2 am. However, I seldom meet such a hotel. I've only met one in my long career. That's the arrangement.
