Based on the author's investigation of five-star hotels in some areas of China and the design of intelligent system engineering of five-star hotels, this paper briefly describes the design points of main intelligent subsystems of intelligent system engineering of five-star hotels. The author thinks that the intelligent subsystem configuration in this paper can basically meet the actual needs of hotel owners.

1. Construction equipment monitoring system

5. Integrated wiring system

6. Security system

(2) Security system includes CCTV monitoring and burglar alarm system, access control system, electronic patrol system, wireless intercom, etc.

(3) The CCTV monitoring system is mainly set at the main entrances and exits on the ground floor, such as public places, important rooms, elevator halls on floors, elevator cars, outdoor main roads and intersections. The host adopts matrix host and embedded digital hard disk video recorder.

(4) The burglar alarm system is mainly set in important rooms such as finance and archives. Manual alarm buttons are set in some places.

7. Smart card system

One-card system is used for access control, parking lot management, consumption, attendance and so on. You can use ID and Mifare composite cards.

8. Electronic door lock management system

(1) Electronic door locks have some magnetic cards and some ic cards, and most hotels use magnetic cards (employee IC cards).

(2) A safe and reliable door lock system is recommended for electronic door locks.

9. Satellite reception and cable TV system

(1) A five-star hotel should install a satellite receiving system, one satellite and CIGNA-1, which must be approved by the local radio and television department.

(2) The cable TV system is connected from the local cable TV network, and the cable TV room (for satellite TV) is set on the first floor. 17. Computer room project

(1) Fire-fighting, monitoring, broadcasting, BAS and BMS rooms, located on the first floor, with an area of 60mm, anti-static raised floor and an overhead of 200mm.

(2) The main communication room of the computer network center is located on the second and third floors, with an area of 80m2, an anti-static raised floor and an overhead of 200m2.

(3) TV room: If a satellite TV receiving system is set up and the satellite antenna is located on the roof of the main building, the TV room is located on the roof floor; If not, the cable TV room can be located on the first floor, with an area of about 20㎡.

18.UPS power supply system

(1)UPS power supply is set in two ways: centralized and decentralized. Set up an intelligent system in one place for the whole hotel; Scattered in different computer rooms to determine the power supply range of each UPS.

Fire monitoring center, broadcasting, BAS, BMS computer room, power supply scope, this computer room and all monitoring cameras, anti-theft detectors, etc.

Computer network center telephone room, power supply scope, local computer room and floor network switch.

(3)UPS uninterruptible power supply device should be ordered together with communication interface, so as to be included in BA system management.

(4)UPS is equipped with a battery pack, and the standby time is 2 hours. UPS does not consider dual-machine backup.

19. Lightning protection and grounding system

(1) The surge protector for the power supply of the weak current system is set by the strong current specialty, and the surge protector for the distribution box behind UPS is considered for the weak current specialty.

(2) Each information system needs to be equipped with a signal arrester.

(3) The grounding system of weak current system should be considered comprehensively. Generally, comprehensive grounding mode is adopted, and its grounding resistance value is not greater than 1 ohm.

(4) The local equipotential bonding design of weak current machine room adopts a 600×600 grid composed of 30×3 copper bars. BVR 1×50 special grounding wire is connected to the foundation grounding device. The weak current shaft adopts 40×4 copper bar as grounding trunk line. Each floor of weak current machine room and weak current shaft is provided with a grounding terminal box.
