Central air conditioning failure in Hangzhou Hotel

Recently, a hotel in Hangzhou where I stayed encountered a central air conditioning failure, which brought great inconvenience to my travel experience. The following are my experiences and feelings.

The hotel I booked is a four-star hotel with complete facilities and good service quality. However, on the second night of my stay, I suddenly found that the central air conditioning in the whole room had stopped. I asked the front desk, and they said that the air conditioner was broken and was being repaired, but they were not sure when the problem would be solved. So I had to close the window, turn on the small air conditioner and endure the rising indoor temperature, hoping to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, the fault was not fixed the next day. I asked the front desk again, and they just said they were trying to solve the problem. This makes me feel a little disappointed, because I want to spend the journey comfortably in my room, rather than reducing the quality of accommodation because of problems.

In this case, I think the hotel should take more active actions, such as providing guests with extra fans or air purifiers to help alleviate the heat, informing them in advance before they return to their rooms, and providing them with better solutions. However, in this hotel where I stayed, I didn't see these movements, which made me very disappointed.

Generally speaking, I think the hotel should ensure that all facilities and services can operate normally to ensure the experience and satisfaction of its guests. Although the failure is inevitable, the hotel should take measures as soon as possible to deal with the problem actively to ensure the safety of guests and repeat customers in the future.
