After cooking every time, you should turn off the switch of the cooker first, and then turn off the pipe valve. On the contrary, if there is no pressure in the pipeline, it is easy to cause tempering and explosion.

What needs to be reminded here is: Never scald a steel cylinder with boiling water. After the boiling water is cooled, the pressure in the pipeline will be reduced, which will easily lead to tempering explosion. Of course, in the process of choosing a cooker, we should pay close attention to whether it has a flameout protection device.
