Departing from Budva in Montenegro at 8: 00 in the morning, the bus traveled on the mountain road for about 1 hour and arrived at the Cotor Fjord Ferry. The bus takes a ferry at this ferry to the other side of the fjord. After landing from the ferry, it continues to drive along the fjord highway. Soon we arrived at the other side of the ancient town of Perast, and we saw the rocky virgin island in the fjord on the bus.

Arrive at the border between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina at 0/0: 20 in the morning, leave Montenegro and enter Bosnia and Herzegovina. Entry and exit procedures are also very simple and quick.

Bosnia and Herzegovina, referred to as Bosnia and Herzegovina for short, is a country in the Balkans, with a land area of 5 1 129 square kilometers and a population of 38 10000, and its capital is Sarajevo. The Principality of Bosnia was founded at the end of12nd century, conquered by the Ottoman Empire after15th century, and became a vassal country of Austria-Hungary in19th century.

19 18 was merged into the Kingdom of Serbia, and 1929 was renamed the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. 1945 became a member of the people's Republic of yugoslavia, 1992 declared independence. The war in Bosnia and Herzegovina broke out from1April 1992 to1February 1995, resulting in 278,000 deaths and more than 2 million people being displaced. After the war, we began to heal the wounds of war and carry out economic construction.

From Montenegro to Bosnia and Herzegovina, the natural scenery of the two countries is very different, from seascape to mountain scenery, they also have unique customs. The mountains and rivers in Bosnia and Herzegovina are rolling, and there is a rough but beautiful beauty between them.

Scenery taken on the bus along the way.

Arrived in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina at noon 1, and had lunch in a western restaurant first. After dinner, visit the ancient city of Mostar.

Mostar is a city in southern Bosnia and Herzegovina, located on the banks of the Wa River in Noerat, about 1.20 kilometers away from Sarajevo, with a population of about 1.3 million. The ancient city of Mostar was built in the15th century by Otto Turk. 1878 became the territory of Austria-Hungary and the territory of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia after the First World War.

After lunch, I took pictures of the beautiful scenery of the new town of Mostar and the banks of Nie Retva.

On the way to the old town of Mostar, I saw many wounds left by the Bosnian war.

1992 mostar was attacked by the Yugoslav federal army during the bosnian war. Bosnians and Croats defended the city, and the Yugoslav Federal Army and Serbs began shelling from near the city. Then it turned into a war between Bosnians and Croats, and the situation was very miserable. On the streets of Mostar, we can see the remains of war everywhere, with ruins and bullet holes everywhere.

I met a little boy begging from tourists in the street. I took a paper money from my pocket and handed it to him. He had never seen RMB before, so he held it in his hand and looked at it again and again. Rong Xian found another euro coin and gave it to him. The little boy made a V-sign, and I photographed this moment.

Street view and architecture of the ancient city of Mostar.

Because the ancient city was originally built by the Turkish Empire, its architectural style obviously has classical Ottoman architectural art style and Gothic elements, and classical East and traditional West are integrated in the ancient city. The ancient city is marked by ancient bridges, with Turkish residents in the west and Slavs in the east, and its architectural styles and living customs are also different.

Turks believe in Islam and Slavs believe in Christianity; The tourist goods sold on both sides of the street are also different. Turkish small commodity stalls are filled with traditional exquisite handicrafts carved by hand, while Slavic stalls have more commodities with modern elements.

Walking on cobblestone streets, I saw the scene in front of me, as if silently telling me that this is an ancient city and a multi-ethnic and dynamic tourist city.

Mostar is famous for its ancient Turkish houses and ancient bridges. This ancient bridge is a single-hole stone arch bridge, which extends from one cliff to another, and is located on the Wa River in Noeilat. This 427-year-old stone arch bridge (built in 1566 and destroyed in 1993) is 4.55 meters wide and 27.34 meters long. The highest arch of the bridge is 20 meters above the water, and there are two stone bridgeheads at each end of the bridge.

After the ancient bridge we are seeing was blown up in the Bosnia-Herzegovina war, it was repaired with some stones from the original ancient bridge from 200 1 until the ancient bridge was repaired in the spring of 2004. In 2005, the bridge and its surrounding area were registered as a World Heritage Site. We watched a video documentary about the bridge bombing during the Bosnian War in a memorial hall at the bridgehead.

The ancient bridge is the symbol and landmark of Mostar. People who come here to travel must pass through this ancient bridge. I stepped on the smooth stone surface of the arch bridge, stroking the war-torn stone column railings, listening to the sound of the Noelateva River rushing by, looking at the ancient streets and shops on both sides of the ancient bridge, and dreaming about something.

After the smoke clears, the ancient city is still charming, leaving behind vicissitudes and sufferings, leaving people with a beautiful and splendid picture.

There are many buildings with minarets in the ancient city of Mostar.

After visiting the ancient city of Mostar, go to Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The beautiful scenery along the way was included in my mobile phone lens again.

Arrive in Sarajevo at 5: 30pm and have dinner in a Chinese restaurant named "Unique Place" full of China elements. After dinner, go through the center of Sarajevo and check into the "Haolai Entertainment" Hotel.
